MY JEWELLERY CARE
Every Bibigì jewel comes complete with its own certificate of analysis issued by our IGI (International Gemmological Institute in Antwerp) qualified gemmologists and by an exclusive guarantee that includes complete free cleaning of the jewel up to 12 months after the date of purchase, repair of the jewel in the case of a factory defect within 90 days from the date of purchase, and replacement of the stones in the event of an evident fault with the setting (subject to acceptance by the Bibigì Laboratory Technical Service).
Bibigì also has a special exclusive service for you, offering you free insurance to protect your jewel from robbery, burglary and fire.

The value of a guarantee lies in important details and this is why it is fundamental that you know that each of our jewels is laser marked with the Bibigì mark of authenticity and the carats of the diamonds, and press marked with our manufacturer’s number 2155AL and the title of the 750/1000 gold.

Bibigì has a special exclusive service for your jewel, completely free of charge.
Fill in the MY JEWELLERY CARE form and Bibigì will undertake to replace your jewel if it is:
- TAKEN AS PART OF A BURGLARY FROM YOUR HOME BUT ONLY IF THE JEWEL WAS STORED IN A LOCKED SAFE
- TOTALLY DESTROYED FOLLOWING A FIRE
- Is Personal and therefore only valid if, when the event covered by this My Jewellery Care service occurs, the article is still owned by and in the possession of the Owner of the jewel and/or their existing family and it is valid all over the world;
- It does not cover loss, mysterious disappearance, theft of the jewellery if it was not stored in a safe, loss, accidental breakage or partial damage to the jewel even if this was caused by fire, attempted burglary, theft, or robbery; damage aided and abetted by the owner with wilful misconduct or gross negligence; damage occurring due to nuclear explosions, radioactive contamination, tornadoes, hurricanes, storms, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, flooding and any other atmospheric disturbances; acts of war including civil war, hostile invasion (whether war is declared or not), organised sabotage, revolution, insurrection, military coup, confiscation, repossession, destruction or damage by order of any Government or Authority.
- is rendered null and void if:
- it is issued to a person younger than 15;
- it is issued to a person who has already notified BIBIGÌ SRL of a previous event covered by a similar policy for the same BIBIGÌ jewel;
- the Owner of the jewel makes a deliberately false and fraudulent claim.
Should an event covered by this policy occur, the Owner of the jewel has a maximum of seven days to provide the following documents exclusively to the party given below. Failure to do so within this time limit will render the claim null and void.

(1) detailed written report made to the competent authorities for the area where the incident occurred
2) copy of the Purchase Certificate. This policy is valid for 12 (twelve) months from midnight on the day of purchase.
In order to take advantage of the MY JEWELLERY CARE service, it must be activated no more than seven days from the purchase date. After this time, the activation will start from midnight on the effective day of registration. In any case, the guarantee will expire 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase.
